MAGGI Vegetable Soup with Spinach

 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2

 

  1. Dissolve the contents of MAGGI Vegetable Soup in 2 cups of water.
  2. First put oil in a pan and fry the chicken with soya sauce. Now add garlic, onion, carrot and cauliflower and fry for a further 1 minute. Add these to the dissolved soup.
  3. Heat the soup mixture and after it comes to a boil in about 5 minutes, add spinach, green chilli, black pepper, lemon juice and coriander leaves. You are now ready to serve delicious MAGGI Vegetable Soup with Spinach.

  1. 1 packet MAGGI Soups - Vegetable
  2. 1 tablespoon chicken breast meat, cut into thin slices
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic (circular cuts)
  4. 1 tablespoon onion layers
  5. 2 pcs green chilli
  6. ¼ cup spinach (thick cuts)
  7. 1 tablespoon carrot slices
  8. ¼ pinch crushed black pepper
  9. 1 pinch lemon juice
  10. 1 pinch coriander leaves
  11. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  12. 1 teaspoon oil
  13. 2 cups water
