- Dissolve the contents of MAGGI Vegetable Soup in 2 cups of water.
- First put oil in a pan and fry the chicken with soya sauce. Now add garlic, onion, carrot and cauliflower and fry for a further 1 minute. Add these to the dissolved soup.
- Heat the soup mixture and after it comes to a boil in about 5 minutes, add spinach, green chilli, black pepper, lemon juice and coriander leaves. You are now ready to serve delicious MAGGI Vegetable Soup with Spinach.

- 1 packet MAGGI Soups - Vegetable
- 1 tablespoon chicken breast meat, cut into thin slices
- 1 teaspoon garlic (circular cuts)
- 1 tablespoon onion layers
- 2 pcs green chilli
- ¼ cup spinach (thick cuts)
- 1 tablespoon carrot slices
- ¼ pinch crushed black pepper
- 1 pinch lemon juice
- 1 pinch coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 cups water
