MAGGI Match Time Moments Contest 2026

Terms & Conditions

1. “MAGGI Match Time Moments Contest 2026” is brought to you by Nestlé Bangladesh PLC (hereinafter referred to as “NBL”). The contest will be conducted on the MAGGI Bangladesh Facebook page: www.facebook.com/maggibangladesh from 17th June 2026 to 15th July 2026.

2. Participation in this contest is voluntary and communication may be in Bengali and/or English.

3. Eligibility Criteria

A) Entry and participation in this Contest are open to individuals residing in Bangladesh who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”):

i. Participants must be 18 years or older with sound mind and no record of criminal activity or involvement in terrorist activities. 

ii. Participants must have a valid Facebook account. 

iii. Participants must not be employees, management, directors, contractors, or family members of Nestlé Bangladesh PLC or agencies associated with this contest. 

iv. Participants must be willing to provide NID and passport size photo upon selection, if required.

B) This Contest is not open to individuals residing outside Bangladesh, including Non Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs), Overseas Citizens of Bangladesh (OCBs), or Persons of Bangladeshi Origin (PBOs) residing outside Bangladesh.

C) Eligible individuals participating in the Contest shall be referred to as “Participants.”

4. Participation Mechanism

Participants must:

i. Follow the official MAGGI Bangladesh Facebook page

ii. Share their MAGGI match time moments during the match in the comment section of the contest post.

iii. Participants may submit: 

  • Photos of MAGGI bowls 
  • MAGGI preparation moments 
  • Selfies with MAGGI 
  • Creative food plating featuring MAGGI 
  • Football and MAGGI themed content

iv. The MAGGI pack/product must be clearly visible and presented creatively in the submitted content.

 

5. Winner Selection, Declaration & Prize

A) Winners will be selected based on the following evaluation criteria:

  • 50% weightage: Community engagement (likes/reactions on the content) 
  • 50% weightage: Internal jury evaluation based on creativity, presentation, and overall football match time vibe

B) Selection Criteria include:

  • Most creative setup 
  • Best MAGGI presentation 
  • Strong football and MAGGI vibe 
  • Creative showcasing of MAGGI pack/product

C) Any use of bots, fake engagement, or unfair means to increase reactions will result in immediate disqualification.

D) Winners will be announced on the MAGGI Bangladesh Facebook page and contacted through Facebook Inbox.

E) If a selected winner does not respond within three (3) consecutive days after contact attempts, NBL reserves the right to select the next eligible winner.

F) Prize details will be communicated by NBL through the official campaign communication.

G) The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest including intellectual property rights in submitted content shall vest with Nestlé Bangladesh PLC.

By participating, Participants agree that NBL may use submitted photos, videos, names, Facebook IDs, and related content for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh.

7. Data & Privacy

By participating in this contest, participants consent to the use of their submitted information and content by Nestlé Bangladesh PLC for contest management, marketing communication, and promotional purposes in accordance with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

  1. Incomplete, invalid, or inappropriate entries may be rejected without prior notice.
  2. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  3. NBL reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
  4. NBL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control including force majeure events.
  5. By participating in the contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
