MAGGI Vegetable Soup with Cabbage & Cheese

 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2

 

  1. Following the instructions on the packet, dissolve the MAGGI Vegetable Soup in 350 ml water and heat.
  2. Bring the soup to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Then add the onion leaves, ginger, red chili and cabbage. Cook for 2 minutes and before removing from the stove add the paneer, coriander leaf and lemon juice. Serve hot.

  1. 1 packet MAGGI Soups - Vegetable
  2. 2 tablespoons onion leaves
  3. 1 tablespoons diced ginger
  4. 1 pcs red chilli
  5. 2 tablespoons cottage cheese cubes
  6. 2 tablespoons diced coriander leaves
  7. 2 tablespoons diced cabbage
  8. ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  9. 350 ml water
