MAGGI Vegetable Soup with Cheese

 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2

 

  1. Following the instructions on the packet, dissolve MAGGI Healthy Soups - Vegetable in 1 ½ cups of water and heat.
  2. Let the soup come to a boil and wait for 2 minutes. Then add onion leaves, ginger, red chilli and cabbage. Keep for 2 minutes. After that add cheese, coriander leaves and lime juice before taking it off the stove. Serve hot.

  1. 1 packet MAGGI Healthy Soups - Vegetable
  2. 2 tablespoons onion leaves
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  4. 1 pc chopped red chilli
  5. 2 tablespoons cottage cheese cubes
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 tablespoons chopped cabbage
  8. ½ teaspoon lime juice
  9. 1 ½ cups water
