MAGGI Vegetable Soup with Beef & Cheese

Beef Cheese  Vegetable Soup
 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2

 

  1. Dissolve the contents of the MAGGI Vegetable Soup in 1½ glass of water at normal temperature.
  2. Mix the beef keema with ½ teaspoon coriander leaves, ¼ pinch crushed black peppers, soya sauce and eggs, and make into small balls. Fry the meat balls in 1 teaspoon of oil.
  3. Fry the garlic in a saucepan with the rest of the oil. Add the dissolved soup and stir.
  4. Once the soup comes to boil, add onion leaves, keema balls, ½ pinch crushed black peppers, ½ teaspoon coriander leaves, red chillies and paneer. The delicious MAGGI Vegetable Soup with Beef & Cheese is now ready to be served.

  2. 2 tablespoons beef keema (boiled)
  3. 1 tablespoon paneer cubes
  4. 1 teaspoon diced coriander leaves
  5. 2 pcs red chillies (round cut)
  6. 1 teaspoons diced onion leaves
  7. ½ teaspoon garlic keema
  8. ½ pinch crushed black peppers
  9. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  10. 1 egg (beaten)
  11. 2 teaspoons oil
  12. 350 ml water
