- Marinate the chicken with ½ teaspoon of lime juice and salt for 2 minutes.
- Lightly fry the chicken with oil in a pan.
- Thoroughly mix MAGGI Healthy Soups - Thai with 2 cups of water as written on the packet, heat and keep stirring. Once the soup comes to boil, add the fried meat, tomatoes and salt as required.
- Reduce heat and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add ginger, thai leaves and green chilli and cook for another minute.
- Pour the soup into a serving dish and add ½ teaspoon lime juice to complete the MAGGI Thai Soup with Ginger.

- 2 tablespoons chicken breast meat
- 1 tablespoon tomato (cut into cubes)
- 4-5 pieces ginger (cut into small, solid portions)
- 2 pieces green chili
- 2-3 pieces thai leaves
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Salt, as required
- Water, as required
