MAGGI Thai Soup with Ginger


 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2

 

  1. Marinate the chicken with ½ teaspoon of lime juice and salt for 2 minutes.
  2. Lightly fry the chicken with oil in a pan.
  3. Thoroughly mix MAGGI Healthy Soups - Thai with 2 cups of water as written on the packet, heat and keep stirring. Once the soup comes to boil, add the fried meat, tomatoes and salt as required.
  4. Reduce heat and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add ginger, thai leaves and green chilli and cook for another minute.
  5. Pour the soup into a serving dish and add ½ teaspoon lime juice to complete the MAGGI Thai Soup with Ginger.

  2. 2 tablespoons chicken breast meat
  3. 1 tablespoon tomato (cut into cubes)
  4. 4-5 pieces ginger (cut into small, solid portions)
  5. 2 pieces green chili
  6. 2-3 pieces thai leaves
  7. 1 teaspoon lime juice
  8. 1 teaspoon oil
  9. Salt, as required
  10. Water, as required
