MAGGI Corn Soup with Mushroom & Ginger
 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2

 

  1. Thoroughly mix MAGGI Healthy Soups - Corn with Chicken Flavor with 2 cups of water as written on the packet.
  2. Fry the onion layers and garlic with oil in a pan for a minute, then add the mushrooms and stir.
  3. Add the soup after 2 minutes, add salt as required, and stir well.
  4. Once the soup comes to boil, add green chilli, onion leaves, ginger slices, lime juice, pepper and sugar, stir well and serve hot.

  1. 1 packet MAGGI Healthy Soups - Corn with Chicken Flavor
  2. ½ cup mushroom slices
  3. ½ cup onion layers
  4. ½ cup of minced onion leaves
  5. 4-5 small pieces of garlic
  6. 2 slices green chilli
  7. 1 tablespoon of ginger slices
  8. ¼ teaspoon of crushed white pepper
  9. Salt, as required
  10. ½ teaspoon lime juice
  11. 1 teaspoon oil
  12. 2 cups of water
