Creamy Vegetable Soup with MAGGI


Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2


  1. Fry the onions lightly with oil or butter in a saucepan. Then add all the vegetables and fry them a bit more with a little salt.
  2. Following the instructions on the packet, dissolve the MAGGI Vegetable Soup in 2 cups of water. Put a pot on the stove, pour the dissolved soup and add the fried vegetables. Then keep stirring.
  3. When the soup starts boiling, add milk (dissolved in ¼ cup of water), tomato sauce and green chilli, and stir. Take the soup off the stove once ready.
  4. Add in the coriander leaves on top before serving delicious Creamy Vegetable Soup with MAGGI.

  2. 1 tablespoon onion slices
  3. 1 tablespoon papaya slices
  4. 1 tablespoon carrot slices
  5. ½ tablespoon chopped string beans
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped cabbage
  7. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon NESTLÉ EVERYDAY milk powder
  9. Salt, as per taste
  10. 2 pcs green chilli
  11. 1 teaspoon oil/butter
  12. 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  13. Water
