Potato and Cabbage Bhaji with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, then add the potato and cabbage and cover with a lid.
  2. Once it begins to boil and the water content reduces, add MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC and cook for further 2 minutes. Add green chilli before taking it off the stove.
  3. Your delicious Potato and Cabbage Bhaji with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC is now ready.

  2. 1 cup cabbage (julian cut)
  3. ½ cup potato cubes
  4. 2 pcs green chilli
  5. 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tablespoon oil
  8. Salt, as required
