Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 10

 

  1. Put all ingredients in a cooking pan along with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC and mix well. Then put the cooking pan on stove and cook with high flame.
  2. Cook until the water content reduces to ¼th amount and the gravy turns a bit sticky. Serve the delicious Mutton Nehari with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC.

  1. 6 packets MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC
  2. 3kg mutton leg piece
  3. 5 tablespoons ginger paste
  4. 5 tablespoons garlic paste
  5. 5 tablespoons cumin paste
  6. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  8. 3 tablespoons cinnamon paste
  9. 2 tablespoons cardamom paste
  10. Salt, as required
  11. ½ cup oil
  12. 20 cups water (at normal temperature)
