- Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the onions. Add mustard paste and salt and fry further (bhuna).
- Now add 1 cup of water. Then add Hilsha fish along with green chilli. Cover for few minutes.
- After boiling for few minutes, add MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then serve the yummy Mustard Hilsha with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC.

- 5-6 pieces Hilsa fish
- 1 packet MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC
- ½ cup minced onions
- 2 tablespoons mustard paste
- 10-12 slices green chilli
- ¼ cup oil
- Salt, as required
- 1 cup hot water
