Mustard Hilsha with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC


 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 6

 

  1. Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the onions. Add mustard paste and salt and fry further (bhuna).
  2. Now add 1 cup of water. Then add Hilsha fish along with green chilli. Cover for few minutes.
  3. After boiling for few minutes, add MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then serve the yummy Mustard Hilsha with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC.

  1. 5-6 pieces Hilsa fish
  2. 1 packet MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC
  3. ½ cup minced onions
  4. 2 tablespoons mustard paste
  5. 10-12 slices green chilli
  6. ¼ cup oil
  7. Salt, as required
  8. 1 cup hot water
