Moroccan Mutton Kebab with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC


Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 4


  1. Remove skin from the meat and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC, papaya, lemon juice, ginger, onions, green chilli, cumin, coriander, mint, sour curd, salt and oil. Mix well and marinate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Arrange the meat pieces in shashleek sticks.
  4. Bake in an oven for 20-25 minutes.

  2. ½ kg mutton leg piece
  3. 1 tablespoon cut papaya
  4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  6. 1 tablespoon onion paste
  7. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  8. 2 teaspoons coriander
  9. 2 pieces shredded green chilli
  10. 2 tablespoons sour curd
  11. 2 tablespoons oil
  12. 2 teaspoons shredded mint leaves
  13. Salt, as required
