| - Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. Then add ginger, chilli powder, turmeric powder, water and salt and sauté well. Then add pumpkin, cauliflower, broad beans, potato and chickpeas and cook.
- Once the vegetables have boiled properly, add tomato, green chilli and MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
- When it’s cooked, add coriander leaves and take it off the stove. Your Mixed Vegetables Curry with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC is ready.
