Method of preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. Then add ginger, chilli powder, turmeric powder, water and salt and sauté well. Then add pumpkin, cauliflower, broad beans, potato and chickpeas and cook.
  2. Once the vegetables have boiled properly, add tomato, green chilli and MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. When it’s cooked, add coriander leaves and take it off the stove. Your Mixed Vegetables Curry with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC is ready.

  2. ½ cup chopped onions
  3. ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  4. 1 pinch chilli powder
  5. 1 pinch turmeric powder
  6. ½ cup pumpkin cubes
  7. ½ cup broad beans
  8. 1 cup cauliflower cubes
  9. ½ cup potato cubes
  10. ¼ cups chickpeas
  11. ½ cup tomato cubes
  12. 2 pcs green chilli
  13. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  14. 2 tablespoons oil
  15. Salt, as required
  16. ½ cup of water
