Shahi Tukra with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY


Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 8


  1. Cut small slices of bread, brush them with the ghee and bake them for 10 minutes in a preheated oven (180oC).
  2. Dissolve NESTLÉ EVERYDAY in 3 cups of water in a pan and heat. Once the milk becomes thick add mawa and take the pan off the stove.
  3. Place the bread slices on a serving dish and pour the thickened milk mixture onto the slices. Place the dish inside the fridge to cool. Garnish it with jello, mawa and nuts before serving this delicious Shahi Tukra with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY.

  1. 3 cups NESTLÉ EVERYDAY full cream milk powder
  2. 3 tablespoons sugar
  3. 8 pcs bread slices
  4. ¼ pinch zarda food colour
  5. 2 tablespoons ghee
  6. 1 tablespoon jello (red, green)
  7. 2 tablespoons nuts (cashew, pistachios)
  8. 3 tablespoons mawa
  9. 3 cups water
