Heat the ghee in a cooking pot. Add the semolina, coconut and ½ cup of water and keep stirring.
When the semolina mixture starts to get stickier, add the cardamom powder and stir further. Then take off the stove and make the semolina into small balls.
In another pot, add the water, NESTLÉ EVERYDAY milk powder, rest of the sugar and zarda colouring; mix well and boil. Add in the semolina balls and keep for a while. Take off the stove and dress with the peanuts on top. You are ready to serve Semolina Rosh Bora with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY.
