Pera Sandesh with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY


Method of preparation

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the molasses and heat till it boils.
  2. Now dissolve the NESTLÉ EVERYDAY in 4 cups of water in a saucepan and heat. Once it starts boiling, add the sugar and molasses and stir continuously. Once it becomes thick, add in the cardamom and nutmeg and keep stirring.
  3. Once the mixture becomes thicker and starts to harden, take off the stove and cool it a bit. Then make into shandesh pieces and serve Pera Sandesh with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY.

  1. 2 cups NESTLÉ EVERYDAY full cream milk powder
  2. ½ cup sugar
  3. ¼ cup date juice molasses
  4. 2 tablespoons ghee
  5. ½ pinch cardamom powder
  6. ¼ pinch nutmeg powder
  7. 4 cups of water
