Milk Malpoa with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY


Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 8


  1. Dissolve NESTLÉ EVERYDAY milk powder with water in a bowl and then add flour, semolina, 2 tablespoons of sugar and powdered cardamom and mix everything together.
  2. In another pot, mix the zarda coloring and rest of the sugar and boil as required to make a syrup.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pour small amounts of the flour mixture to make fried pieces of malpoa.
  4. Now dip each of the fried malpoa pieces into the sugar syrup and take out. Arrange the malpoa pieces on a serving plate and add the nuts on top to serve delicious Milk Malpoa with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY.

  1. ½ cup NESTLÉ EVERYDAY milk powder
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 tablespoon semolina
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon diced pistachios
  6. 1 tablespoon diced almonds
  7. ½ teaspoon powdered cardamom
  8. 1 pinch zarda coloring
  9. 2 tablespoons oil, for consumption (2 cups for frying)
  10. 1 cup of water
