|
- Peel and grate the carrots. Grate the coconut.
- In a pan add ghee and cinnamon stick. Stir it properly.
- Add the carrot, coconut and sugar.
- When the carrot becomes fully cooked, add NIDO Fortigrow milk powder into it and stir it until it becomes sticky.
- Now, shape it as laddu (ball shape) when it cools down. Then store it in refrigerator. Your Carrot Laddu is ready.
