Carrot Laddu


 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 15

 

  1. Peel and grate the carrots. Grate the coconut.
  2. In a pan add ghee and cinnamon stick. Stir it properly.
  3. Add the carrot, coconut and sugar.
  4. When the carrot becomes fully cooked, add NIDO Fortigrow milk powder into it and stir it until it becomes sticky.
  5. Now, shape it as laddu (ball shape) when it cools down. Then store it in refrigerator. Your Carrot Laddu is ready.

  1. ½ Kg Carrot (grated)
  2. ½ cup NIDO Fortigrow milk powder
  3. ½ cup Coconut (grated)
  4. 1½ cup Sugar
  5. ¼ cup Ghee
  6. 2/3 pieces Cinnamon
