First beat the egg whites with sugar, then add the egg yolk and beat again. After that add flour, NESTLÉ EVERYDAY, baking powder and cocoa powder and beat the mixture. Finally, add butter and continue to beat well.
Brush the inside of the baking mould with butter. Then line the sides and bottom of the mould with 1 tablespoon of flour, and pour the cake mixture in it. Bake in a microwave oven for 10 minutes. Once done, cut the cake into 3 layers.
Prepare one layer with sugar syrup, chocolate syrup and cover it with whipped cream. Then prepare the second layer with sugar syrup, chocolate syrup and cover it whipped cream again and place it on top of the first layer. Repeat the same process for the third layer.
Now garnish it with grated chocolate on top and serve the black forest cake.
