Chhena Pudding with NIDO

Preparation Process:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together, adding NIDO in between.
  2. Blend the mixture lightly in a blender and mix it with Chhena.
  3. Caramelize sugar and butter in a pan.
  4. When the caramel is cool, add the egg mixture and bake it in an electric oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
  5. Let it cool and serve the Chhena pudding with NIDO.
