Chhena Pudding with NIDO
Preparation Process:
- Beat eggs and sugar together, adding NIDO in between.
- Blend the mixture lightly in a blender and mix it with Chhena.
- Caramelize sugar and butter in a pan.
- When the caramel is cool, add the egg mixture and bake it in an electric oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool and serve the Chhena pudding with NIDO.
