Cashew Nut Barfi with NIDO

Preparation Process:

  1. First, lightly roast the cashew nuts and once they cool, blend them in a blender.
  2. In a pan, add water, NIDO, and the blended cashew nuts, and cook it.
  3. Now, add the cardamom powder and ghee, and keep stirring at low heat. Then, take the pan down and let it cool before cutting it to serve the Cashew Nut Barfi with NIDO.
