Chicken Club Sandwich

A quick healthy snack to keep you going.

 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 4

 

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic and sour curd for 6 minutes and then fry it; warm the 4 slices of bread.
  2. First, place the cheese, tomato sauce and lettuce on top on a bread slice, followed by 2-3 pieces of tomato and cucumber slices. Then cut the fried chicken meat into slices and place on top of the tomato and cucumber slices. Cover the chicken meat with another slice of bread.
  3. Cut off the brown portions from all sides of the bread. Cut the bread like a sandwich and you are ready to serve a delicious chicken club sandwich.

  1. 1 piece chicken
  2. 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  3. 4 slices of bread
  4. 1 tablespoon sour curd
  5. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  6. 3-4 pieces cucumber (thin, round slices)
  7. 1 pinch of ginger paste
  8. 1 pinch of garlic paste
  9. 2 pieces of lettuce
