Chicken Chilli Onion with MAGGI Healthy Corn Soup

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 4

 

  1. Marinate the chicken with flour, eggs and salt. Mix MAGGI Healthy Soups - Corn with Chicken Flavour in 1 cup of water.
  2. Fry the marinated chicken in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and keep aside.
  3. Fry the garlic pieces with 1 tablespoon of oil, then add and stir fry the onions, capsicum and green chilli.
  4. Add the chicken and stir well. Then add soup and salt.
  5. Cook until a gravy-like texture is obtained. Serve the delicious Chicken Chilli Onion with MAGGI Corn Soup.

  1. 1 packet MAGGI Healthy Soups Corn with Chicken Flavour
  2. 1 cup chicken breast (julienne cut)
  3. ½ cup green chilli slices
  4. ½ cup capsicum (cubed)
  5. 1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
  6. 1 tablespoon flour
  7. ½ egg
  8. 1 cup onion layers
  9. Salt, as required
  10. 2 tablespoons of oil
