|
- Prepare a dough with 1 cup of flour, a pinch of salt and water. Then make a roti (Chapatti).
- Add cucumber, carrot, tomato, cottage cheese.
- Now place the mixed vegetable mixture onto the roti and make a roll. Wrap with foil paper and serve the delicious Homemade Roti Wrap.

- 2 tablespoons minced tomatoes
- ½ cup cottage cheese (long and thick slices)
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sour curd
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaf
- 2 pinches salt
