Capsicum Egg Poach

 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 3

 

  1. Cut the capsicum into circular pieces and remove the insides.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the capsicum. Add the eggs inside the capsicum and leave for a while. Then add the cottage cheese on top of it and take off the stove to serve Capsicum Egg Poach.

  1. 3 pcs capsicum (round slices)
  2. 3 eggs
  3. ½ cup cottage cheese
  4. 2 tablespoons oil
