|
- Following the instructions on the packet, dissolve the MAGGI Thai Soup in 2 cups of water.
- Heat a pan with oil and fry the shrimps with salt for 3 minutes. Add this to the dissolved soup.
- Heat the soup till it boils. Then add the lemon grass, dry chilli, tomato sauce and soya sauce and further cook for 5 minutes. Now add ginger and cook for a further 2 minutes. You are now ready to serve delicious MAGGI Thai Soup with Spicy Shrimp.

- 1 packet MAGGI Soups - Thai
- 2 tablespoons shrimp
- 1 tablespoon lemon grass
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry chilli (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon diced ginger
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Salt, as required
- 2 cups water
