MAGGI Thai Soup with Spicy Shrimp

 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 2

 

  1. Following the instructions on the packet, dissolve the MAGGI Thai Soup in 2 cups of water.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and fry the shrimps with salt for 3 minutes. Add this to the dissolved soup.
  3. Heat the soup till it boils. Then add the lemon grass, dry chilli, tomato sauce and soya sauce and further cook for 5 minutes. Now add ginger and cook for a further 2 minutes. You are now ready to serve delicious MAGGI Thai Soup with Spicy Shrimp.

  1. 1 packet MAGGI Soups - Thai
  2. 2 tablespoons shrimp
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon grass
  4. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon dry chilli (crushed)
  6. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon diced ginger
  8. 1 teaspoon oil
  9. Salt, as required
  10. 2 cups water
