MAGGI Corn Soup with Coconut Milk


Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 4


  1. Following the instructions on the packet, dissolve the MAGGI Corn with Chicken flavor Soup in 2 cups of water.
  2. Put oil in a saucepan and fry the ginger until brown. Now add chicken and salt and fry them a bit more. Then start adding carrots, cauliflower, cabbage and black pepper, frying lightly. Once ready, put everything in the dissolved soup and heat.
  3. When the soup comes to a boil, add green chilli and coconut milk and stir well. Now enjoy a warm bowl of MAGGI Corn Soup with Coconut Milk.

  2. 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  3. 2 pcs green chilli
  4. ¼ cup chicken breast meat, cut into small cubes
  5. 2 tablespoons carrots, cut into small cubes
  6. 2 tablespoons cauliflower
  7. 2 tablespoons cabbage
  8. ½ pinch crushed black pepper
  9. 1 tablespoon ginger keema
  10. ½ pinch salt
  11. 1 tablespoon oil
  12. 700 ml water
