Again, in the same pan, lightly fry the onions in the remaining 1 table-spoon of oil. Then, add ginger, carrots, peas, and long beans, and stir well with boiled rice, prawns, chicken, MAGGI Fried Rice Seasoning Mix, and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies before serving.
