- Fry the bay leaves and ginger with oil in a fry pan.
- Then add rice, lentils, clove, cinnamon and cardamom and fry for 8-10 minutes.
- After frying, add 5 cups of hot water, salt and green chilli, stir well, cover and keep standing over indirect heat (on top of a flat pan heated with low heat) for 20-22 minutes.
- Now add MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC, stir well and keep standing over indirect heat for a few more minutes. Serve the delicious Bhuna Khichuri with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC.
