Bhuna Khichuri with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC


 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 4

 

  1. Fry the bay leaves and ginger with oil in a fry pan.
  2. Then add rice, lentils, clove, cinnamon and cardamom and fry for 8-10 minutes.
  3. After frying, add 5 cups of hot water, salt and green chilli, stir well, cover and keep standing over indirect heat (on top of a flat pan heated with low heat) for 20-22 minutes.
  4. Now add MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC, stir well and keep standing over indirect heat for a few more minutes. Serve the delicious Bhuna Khichuri with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC.

  2. 2 cups pulao rice
  3. 1 cup fried moong dal (lentil)
  4. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  5. 2 pieces bay leaves
  6. 3 pieces cinnamon
  7. 2 pieces cardamom
  8. 2 tablespoons oil
  9. 4 pieces green chilli
  10. ¼ teaspoon salt
  11. 3 pieces of cloves
  12. 5 cups hot water
