Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice with MAGGI Fried Rice Seasoning

Preparation Process:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the chicken
  2. Again, in the same pan, lightly fry the onions in 1 tablespoon of oil and then fry them again with ginger.
  3. Now, stir fry carrots, peas, and long beans with boiled rice, prawns, chicken, MAGGI Fried Rice Seasoning mix, and salt.
  4. Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies, and serve in a serving dish.
