Preparation Process:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the chicken
- Again, in the same pan, lightly fry the onions in 1 tablespoon of oil and then fry them again with ginger.
- Now, stir fry carrots, peas, and long beans with boiled rice, prawns, chicken, MAGGI Fried Rice Seasoning mix, and salt.
- Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies, and serve in a serving dish.
