Carrot Kheer

 

Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 8

 

  1. Put the ghee, cinnamon, cardamom and carrots in a pan and stir well for 10 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the NESTLÉ EVERYDAY milk powder in water. Now add sugar and 1 tablespoon each of the almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios. Stir a bit and leave it covered.
  3. Once it becomes a bit thicker, pour on to a serving dish and garnish it with the remaining nuts on top. You are ready to serve delicious Carrot Kheer with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY.

  1. 4 cups grated carrots
  2. 2 cups NESTLÉ EVERYDAY full cream milk powder
  3. 2 cups sugar
  4. 4 pcs cinnamon (whole)
  5. 4 pcs cardamom
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  7. 2 tablespoons chopped cashew nuts
  8. 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  9. ½ cup ghee
  10. 4 cups water
