- Put the ghee, cinnamon, cardamom and carrots in a pan and stir well for 10 minutes.
- Dissolve the NESTLÉ EVERYDAY milk powder in water. Now add sugar and 1 tablespoon each of the almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios. Stir a bit and leave it covered.
- Once it becomes a bit thicker, pour on to a serving dish and garnish it with the remaining nuts on top. You are ready to serve delicious Carrot Kheer with NESTLÉ EVERYDAY.
