- Following the instructions on the packet, dissolve the MAGGI Thai Soup in 2 cups of water and put on gentle heat. Separately, marinate the shrimp with soya sauce.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated shrimp for 2 minutes. Then add the ginger, onions, red beans and chilli powder and fry for a further 2 minutes. Add everything to the soup.
- When the soup comes to a boil, add the Thai leaves, tomatoes, crushed black pepper and tomato sauce and cook for a further 6-7 minutes. You are now ready to serve delicious Red Bean and Tomato with MAGGI Thai Soup.

- 1 tablespoon boiled rajma (red kidney beans)
- 1 tablespoon tomato cubes
- 1 tablespoon onion layers
- 1 teaspoon Thai leaves

- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- ¼ pinch chilli powder
- ¼ pinch crushed black pepper
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 cups of water
