Remove the shell from the prawns, wash, then mix the prawns with salt and keep aside.
Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the ginger, onions and prawns. Then add the tomatoes, capsicum, MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC, green chilli and salt, stir well and keep aside.
In another dish, prepare a dough with flour, yeast and salt and keep it covered for 1 hour.
From the flour dough, cut out small portions and roll them into thin pieces of roti (flat bread).
Spread out the thin roti pieces and place the prawn stuffing on them. Cover with another thin roti piece on top and twist together the edges of the top and bottom roti pieces to seal the prawn stuffing inside. Bake in an electric oven for 15 minutes and serve the delicious Prawn Puli with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC.
