- First mix together the chicken meat, MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC (seasoning mix), peanut paste, soya sauce, chilli powder, lemon juice, crushed black pepper, mustard paste, tomato sauce, tomato slices, onions and oil. Marinate the mixture for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, stick the marinated chicken meat onto shashlik sticks, cook them on a pan for 8 minutes and keep aside. Then lightly sauté the tomatoes and onions.
- Arrange the sautéed tomatoes and onions as appropriate on a serving dish. Now place the cooked meat onto the dish, topping it with cheese and bake in the microwave for 1 minute. You are now ready to serve the delicious Baked Chicken Sauté with MAGGI SHAAD-E MAGIC.

- 2 cups chicken meat (cut into long & thin slices)
- 1 tablespoon peanut paste
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder

- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- ½ cup grated cheese
- ½ cup tomatoes, long slices
- ½ cup onions, long slices
