Basbousa with NIDO
Preparation Process:
- First, heat the cooking pot with water and 1/2 cup of sugar. When it boils, make a syrup by adding lemon juice and heating for 2-3 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and the rest of the sugar properly in a bowl. Then add oil, sour curd, baking powder, cardamom powder, semolina, NIDO, and coconut powder and beat it well again.
- Now, in a baking bowl, place paper and then pour the mixture into it. Bake it at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After it has been baked, pour the syrup on top of it and cut it when it cools.
- While serving, garnish the top with pistachio nuts and serve Basbousa with NIDO.
