Homemade Roti Wrap


Method of preparation

Serving Size for Adults: 4


  1. Prepare a dough with 1 cup of flour, a pinch of salt and water. Then make a roti (Chapatti).
  2. Add cucumber, carrot, tomato, cottage cheese.
  3. Now place the mixed vegetable mixture onto the roti and make a roll. Wrap with foil paper and serve the delicious Homemade Roti Wrap.

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. ½ cup minced cucumber
  3. ½ cup minced carrots
  4. 2 tablespoons minced tomatoes
  5. ½ cup cottage cheese (long and thick slices)
  6. ½ teaspoon honey
  7. 2 tablespoons sour curd
  8. 1 tablespoon coriander leaf
  9. 2 pinches salt
